Who is eligible for the free tickets? Whether you’ve bought a home with us, referred someone, or simply stayed in touch, we want you to enjoy everything our area has to offer. The Sandia Peak Tramway is one of Albuquerque’s most popular attractions. It takes you to the top of the Sandia Mountains, where you’ll get breathtaking views of the city and beyond. The ride alone is a great experience, but there’s even more waiting at the top.
How to claim the tickets. To receive your free tickets, please reach out to either of us or a member of our team. Let us know when you’re planning to go, and we’ll handle the rest. The only thing we ask is that you tag us on social media when you post about your trip. A simple photo or short video is all it takes to share the moment and help us stay connected with our community.

What to expect at Sandia Peak Tramway. Once you reach the peak, you’ll find Ten 3, a restaurant offering both fine dining and a casual bar. The food is excellent, and the setting makes it even better. You can relax, take in the views, and enjoy a great meal or drink with friends or family. It’s perfect for a weekend outing, a special occasion, or even just a quiet afternoon.
If you’re the outdoorsy type, there are also plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and climbing. You can hike the entire 8 miles to the top and use the tram ticket we provide to ride back down. Alternatively, if you prefer a more leisurely route, take the tram up and walk down at your own pace. We’ve even brought our kids up during the Balloon Fiesta to watch the balloons from above, and it’s one of our favorite memories.
