A quick explanation of how to effectively list, market, and sell your home.
On listing appointments, one of the first questions we usually get is, “What is the listing process, and how does this work?” In response to this, I’ll go over the steps we take during the listing process.
The first thing that we work on together is getting your property ready for showings. That means deep cleaning, staging, decluttering, and removing personal photos. Next, we get the marketing ready. We have a professional photographer take photos to ensure your listing will look as good as possible online. Once everything's approved, the next step is to go live on Zillow, Realtor.com, and every other place where a buyer will look for your property.
The next step is getting people through the door. We'll have people come through and show off the property. Then, we reach out for feedback and call the buyers’ agents. Finally, we get the property under contract and get it to closing.
